Back in the fall of 2019 I did a 1-minute plank every day before eating lunch. For this 30-day challenge I’m going to work toward being able to do a 5 minute plank. I got laid off yesterday so I’ll have plenty of time to put toward getting there.
I’m going to be somewhat following the plan from this website but I’ll be starting on day 15 because I can already do a 1-minute plank and since this is a 6-week program I don’t have time to do it in 30 days. Since I’ll have a couple extra days at the end I’ll use them to see how long I can hold one.
